Your morning routine mapped end-to-end with both co-owners present, so Phase 3 automates the workflow you actually run — not a guessed version.

  • Walk through the morning routine step-by-step, system-by-system
  • Document every handoff, every check, every gap in alerting
  • Identify which steps AI can do better than a human, and which stay human
  • Produce a workflow map that becomes the build spec for Phase 3

Why this order

Phase 1 first because

AI cannot summarize data that lives in 10 different systems. The CRM is the structured place the rest of the work sits on top of.

Phase 2 first because

The dashboard has to automate the workflow you actually run, not a generic version. The consulting session pins that down — with your co-owner in the room so nothing she does daily gets missed.

Phase 3 first because

This is where the time recovery actually shows up. The first two phases make it possible; this one makes it real.

Skipping ahead — dropping AI on the current 10-system setup — is what most vendors would sell you. It would not work, and you would blame the AI when the real problem was the foundation.
